1. Enrollment

By enrolling in the Passive Advantage Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). Passive Advantage reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon sign-up, affiliates are provided a unique link. Affiliates may use this link on their websites, social media, emails, or other digital platforms to promote Passive Advantage services.

Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities:

Are ethical, legal, and truthful.

• Do not include misleading or false statements.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn a commission as specified in their affiliate portal. Commissions are calculated based on net sales (gross sales minus refunds or returns). Passive Advantage will issue payments monthly, provided the affiliate meets a minimum threshold of $1. Unpaid amounts below this threshold will roll over to the next payment cycle.

4. Cookie Duration

Affiliate tracking cookies have a duration of 60 days. If a visitor clicks on your affiliate link and signs up for a Passive Advantage account, all purchases made within 6 months will be credited to your account.

5. Prohibited Activities Affiliates may NOT:

• Use unsolicited email (spam) to promote affiliate links.
• Use affiliate links on coupon or discount-focused websites without prior permission.
• Represent themselves as Passive Advantage employees or official representatives.
• Bid on Passive Advantage trademarks or brand terms in PPC campaigns without express written consent.
• Sign up for an account, using their own affiliate link.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotions and remove affiliate links immediately. Any accrued commissions at termination will be paid in the next payment cycle, provided no terms have been violated.

7. Liability

Passive Advantage is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Modification of Terms

Passive Advantage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or their affiliate portal dashboard of any significant changes.

9. Custom Commission

Passive Advantage reserves the right to offer custom commissions where previously negotiated between the parties.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

By participating in the Passive Advantage Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
